Is it possible in any way to make a mexmaci64 file on a windows 64-bit platform

I think the answer to this is "no" but I just want to see if anyone knows different.
I have the Simulink and c code to make a "mexw64" S function on my 64-bit PC. If I want to create a similar mexmaci64 S function so that someone on a Mac could also use it, is there any way I can make that on my windows PC?
Documentation suggests NOT, at http://uk.mathworks.com/help/matlab/matlab_external/using-mex-files.html?searchHighlight=mexw64
I'm asking because where I work, our company-supplied machines are pretty much exclusively PCs, and getting access to a Mac may be problematic. I'd like to be able to share my executables with Mac owners, though.

Yes, if you are willing to go through sufficiently much trouble.
I wonder, though, whether distributing as Java might not be easier?
