Problems on activation after deactivation

Hello, I'm a student with an Academic License. When I tried to upgrade from release 2015a to 2015b of Matlab I had problems, so I uninstalled the older version, also deactivating my license, in order to install the new version after. I realized only aftertaht that when you deactivate a license from a computer, you cannot activate any Mathworks software on that computer anymore... If I look in my personal page, the license is active, but the field "Validate from product" is set to disabled. I tried in many ways to activate from the computer, but it always fails... is there a way to set my computer again available for that license? Unfortunately this is the only machine on which I can run this program...
