how to use inpolygon ?

i have table. 1st column is latitude 2nd is longitude and 3rd is bromine data. this is a girded data.this data is actually collected by polar satellite .
so now i want bromine data over latitude = -37.48; longitude = 77.34; using polygon. can anybody help?

Why do you want to use inpolygon()? Just use indexing:
indexesToUses = (latitude > -37.48) & (longitude > 77.34);
extractedBroming = bromine(indexesToUses);
