How do I send two different signals to a single servo based on the button selected?

I have two servo motors hooked up to a claw(left and right). In previous code I use an If-Else logic flow to send two different signals based on the button selected so that the claw opens narrow or wide. I am not sure of the construct needed in Simulink to accomplish the same structure. I can send one signal to the servo with no problems.

However you might also be able to implement using http://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/selector.html
