Is the Datafeed Toolbox Package installed with every MatLab installation?

Morning,
I'm new to Metlab. Is the datafeed Toolbox in every MatLab installation or does it have to be installed separately? How can I verify if I have it installed in my installation?

Datafeed is an optional extra. If I recall correctly is not even one of the ones typically provided with the Student Version license.
