That appears to be a CFIT object returned by some of the Curve Fitting Toolbox functions. There are various functions you can call on a CFIT object to obtain information about the fit; from your circle, the CONFINT function listed on the second documentation page I linked is what you want right now. Others of those functions may be of use in extracting other information from your fits.
