How can I resolve this issue?
Edit: I have just checked Java installed on my laptop. I am using the latest version of it but I still have the same problem.

Which version of MATLAB are you using and what operating system?
@Geoff Hayes: I am using Matlab R2015a on Windows 8 32-bit. I make sure to run Matlab as an administrator when opening the program.
I'd call them. Looks like an installation issue to me, meaning you get free telephone support.
@Image Analyst: I'm looking for any good suggestions to solve the problem.
He gave you the best one there is--call TMW for installation/startup support Monday AM...
@dpb: I will give it a shot and do as you and @Image Analyst said. Thanks!
I have this problem until I have done uninstall and reinstall again. Please give me solution. I use Windows 7 32-bits and Matlab 2015a
