Does inverse block in Simulink support fixed point data type?

I am solving equations in simulink, where in it is required to find inverse of a matrix. The following error is flashed: The product block 'final/Product1' is in matrix operations mode, but the block has data type combinations that are not supported in this mode. When matrix inverse is required, the input and output data types must all be double or must all be single. Can anybody guide on this? Thank you in advance.

The Product block does not support matrix inversion for fixed-point data types. Hence it errors out.

As a workaround you may use a ' Data Type Conversion ' block between your fixed point input and the Product block. The Data Type Conversion block can convert the input into double/ single before it is applied to the Product block.
