How to write the following equation in MATLAB?
Tx = (Eelect × K) + (Eamp×K × d^2)
Rx = Eelect × K
Please help.

Are you sure that is the formula? It is very uncommon in formula to explicitly divide a number by 1. Your formula as written is equivalent to
p - p(r mod 1/p)
which is
p - p * (r mod 1/p)
which is
p - p * mod(r, 1/p)
and which would be vectorized as
p - p .* mod(r, 1./p)
