I am trying to complete hardware setup for the software-defined radio "RTL-SDR Blog V4" in MATLAB R2024b. During which I get the message:
Radio Name: RTL-SDR
Radio Address: Not found
Tuner: Not found
Manufacturer:
Product:
which shows that the hardware setup did not complete successfully.
How can I resolve the "Radio Address: Not found" and "Tuner: Not found" issues during hardware setup of "RTL-SDR Blog V4" in MATLAB R2024b and prior versions?

The "RTL-SDR Blog V4" software-defined radio is not supported by the Communications Toolbox™ Support Package for RTL-SDR Radio in MATLAB R2023b. Support for "RTL-SDR Blog V4" is available starting from MATLAB R2025a.
In MATLAB R2023b, hardware setup fails because the radio is not recognized by the "sdrinfo" function. As a workaround, you can install the generic USB driver, "zadig" on your PC to enable "RTL-SDR Blog V4" operation without completing the hardware setup. Alternatively, you may use the earlier "RTL-SDR Blog V3" device, which is supported.
