Ld and Lq are the dq axes inductance obtained from the transformation of abc values using park's and clark's transformatiom.
However as far as I have understood is that in simulation the values used or the parameter estimation performed measures the phase winding min and maximum value and these values are fed to controller.
My question is does the transformation is taken into consideration anywhere?
Please help me in understanding this.
Thank you.

If this question is related to a particular example, please let us know to better understand the question.
In Field Oriented Control we do use the Ld and Lq in the controller design. Ld and Lq can be used to model the IPMSM as well. A good starting point can be this example in Simscape Electrical:

The question is are these Ld and Lq phase winding inductances min and max values of phase inductance or the transformed dq inductances.
If these are the transformed dq inductances than does the transofrmation is performed on the inductance estimated using the inductance estimation method.
