Hello everyone, I have a problem sending my email. It tells me I have a payment problem, but I already paid for the student license and I haven't used the 800 email limit. What can I do in this case?

However, I would note they will probably not answer the phone because this is the weekend! They show hours as during day time, Monday through Friday, Eastern time in the US.

I looked up the server logs and it appears you are sending an alert once every minute, likely from some MATLAB analysis code that is tied to a TimeControl or React. This rate of sending alert emails is far above the supported rate and had resulted in your account exceeding its limits. We've made a one-time exception and added capacity. However, without the change on your end to reduce the usage rate, you will exceed your capacity within ~800 minutes. You can see how many alerts you have left on your account page.
