I have previously had installed matlab using my previous institutes institutional ID. As that got expired, yesterday I activated my license using mu new institue's institutional ID. But from the very beginning attempt, matlab is showing error 5201 and I am not being able to use matlab. I restart my PC and run matlab, the problem remains. I uninstalled matlab, downloaded again and tried to run again still the problem remains. I am trying R2025a.
I am not being able to uninstall the R2023b from my PC as it is showing exception calling main error. Please help me to get out of it, I badly need to access matlab.
