Fixed target and fixed radar : Reconstruction of image radar issue

Hello Matlab,

I have a fixed target and a fixed radar, and I want to reconstruct a 2D image in Matlab, but SAR is not suitable for my application, and ISAR is only intended for moving targets. Is there a reference or guide that could help me achieve this in Matlab?
