File missing of "VTOL UAV Battery Sizing for Mission Over an Urban Environment" example

Greetings!

I am trying to open the example "VTOL UAV Battery Sizing for Mission Over an Urban Environment" from this link "https://www.mathworks.com/help/uav/ug/uav-battery-sizing-for-mission-urban-environment.html" using matlab 2024b.

I follow the instructions

"Open the example live script and the directory that contains the VTOLRefApp.prj project file project by running openExample('uav/VTOLUAVBatterySizingForMissionOverAnUrbanEnvironmentExample') in the Command Window.

After opening the example live script and the directory, you must open the VTOLRefApp.prj project file to access the Simulink model, supporting files, and project shorcuts that this example uses."

However, it is showing file missing.

As you can see, there is no model file named "EVTOLTiltrotor "

Please guide me regarding the missing files. I tried to open using Matlab online but faced the same issue.

I installed all required toolbox.

Hi @ismail hossain,

The error "Unable to find "uav/VTOLUAVBatterySizingForMissionOverAnUrbanEnvironmentExample". Check

the example name and try again." faced is because the "VTOLUAVBatterySizingForMissionOverAnUrbanEnvironmentExample" example is not present for MATLAB R2024b. The screenshot of folders you have provided is for a different example.

Please upgrade to MATLAB R2025a, to resolve the issue. There the example will run without any errors.

Thank you for your answers. I will install Matlab 2025a and will check if it is running or not.

However, I have also access to matlab online. It is supposed to be run there, right?

i tried on online but faced same issue.
