WebSockets protocol not established

Hello,
we use mathlab web app server 2024b. If we use a web browser local on the web app server, the app launches correct. We use a remote web server also as a redirector. If we access mathlab via remote web server, we get the message "WebSockets protocoll not established" (see picture). This web app server is a new installation on a machine which hosts serveral web app server installations in the past (2020 until 2023). Do you have some hints to resolve this isse? We never use https/ssl on web app server side, but the remote web server uses https/ssl.
Kind regards,
Andreas

I assume you are using a proxy server. The first thing would be to check if your proxy server supports protocol upgrade for websocket. For example for apache you can enable websocket upgrade for proxy.
Hi Mohammad Sami,i don't know exactly where to look for the parameter. The fact is that the proxy configuration has not been changed. The problem occurs after fresh installation from the Web App Server 2024b.
I see that you also asked the question about your issue here on MATLAB Answers.
Please let us investigate this further in your TS case.
Thank you.
