I have installed the MATLAB and tried reinstalling it. still it prompts me a error message as shown in attached picture. What can be done? I have also installed it on external hard drive but with that also it is not loading and giving same error. I have also tried using earlier verions of MATLAB. I am attaching my laptop specs here with.

when I run MATLAB, it gives following error message.

I suspect that you are facing this error as you are on a version of Windows which is unsupported with MATLAB.
For release R2024a, MATLAB requires version 21H2 or higher of Windows 10. Refer to the system requirements document from MathWorks: https://www.mathworks.com/content/dam/mathworks/mathworks-dot-com/support/sysreq/files/system-requirements-release-2024a-windows.pdf
To check your exact Windows version, open Windows Command Prompt or PowerShell and enter in this command: winver
This will display a window that shows which version of Windows you are using.
