MATLAB Online does not response to openning variables after 1 or 2 minutes, or after a command editting the variable was executed.

Hi,
I am writing to report the following problem. I am using MATLAB Online (R2024b). Right after I started the MATLAB Online, I could open variables by using double click or right click and then selecting open variable. After 1 or 2 minutes, the webpage began to have no response when I did the same operation to open variables. If I input a command to edit a variable, for instance,
a(1)=0;
in the command line, then I could not open the variable a, but could open other variables for a while. And after 1 or 2 minutes, all varables could not be opened.
I have tried to regenerate the preference file, but that did not work.
I would appreciate the help!

I know that MATLAB Online can sometimes get stuck. Since the program is quite resource-intensive, it would be good to check if your browser is up to date, as that usually solves the problem. You could also try using a different browser, preferably Chrome.
Besides that, the issue is not reproducible on my end. This seems like a problem for the MathWorks team. You can try contacting them through Contact Support - MATLAB & Simulink.

Thanks for your answer! The problem still exists after I tried a new browser. Perhaps my computer's CPU performance was not strong enough and caused the problem. Good to know that this is not a problem caused by MATLAB Online itself.
