In the above provided diagram the blocks used are as follows:

1. Gas-Charged Accumulator (Location: Simscape / Fluids / Hydraulics (Isothermal) / Accumulator)
2. Hydraulic Resistive Tube (Location: Simscape / Foundation Library / Hydraulic / Hydraulic Elements)
3. Fixed-Displacement Motor (Location: Simscape / Fluids / Hydraulics (Isothermal) / Pumps and Motors)
4. Solver Configuration (Location: Simscape / Utilities)
5. Inertia (Location: Simscape / Foundation Library / Mechanical / Rotational Elements)
6. Rotational Damper (Location: Simscape / Foundation Library / Mechanical / Rotational Elements)
7. Mechanical Rotational Reference (Location: Simscape / Foundation Library / Mechanical / Rotational Elements)

The 'Gas-Charged Accumulator’, ‘Hydraulic Resistive Tube' and 'Fixed-Displacement Motor' blocks have been removed in the latest release R2024b.

The 'Hydraulics (Isothermal)' library itself has been removed in the latest release and the 'Isothermal Liquid' library is suggested to be used instead. For further help on doing so please refer to https://www.mathworks.com/help/hydro/upgrading-hydraulic-models.html
