utilizzo una app scritta in Matlab che funziona perfettamente sul mio windows 11. Installando la stessa app su windows server 2022 la stessa app non si apre e mi dà l'errore allegato. Devo installare qualcosa che manca? Grazie
I use an app written in Matlab that works perfectly on my Windows 11. When installing the same app on Windows Server 2022 the same app doesn't open and gives me the attached error. Do I need to install something that is missing? Thank you

I am aware of one user who received this error message with a third party tool called "Quicker Sim CFD Toolbox". Do you have this too? So hopefully the authors of that toolbox get some help.

Secondo la mia esperienza è probabilmente un problema di compatibilità. Non necessariamente un bug però. Inizia a chiedere agli autori dell'app.
In my experience it's probably a compatibility issue. Not necessarily a bug though. Start asking the app authors.

To make the whole thing structured:
I shared I have seen this related to a certain toolbox. While you say you reached out to developers of that toolbox, you never confirmed you have it installed. Please do so. And connected to that, please share what happens if you remove the whole installation, install MATLAB and MathWorks products. Do they work? If not, MathWorks installation support will help you. If they work and then you install that toolbox and it does not work, they need to help you.
The developers of that toobox can approach MathWorks support if they need to.
The statement "it works perfectly on both Windows 10 and Windows Server 2022" is not helpful. The main part missing is the MATLAB release you are using.

MATLAB Runtime 24.1 means this is equivalent to MATLAB Release R2024a, see https://www.mathworks.com/support/requirements/matlab-system-requirements.html, which then means Wiondows Server 2022 is a supported OS as of https://www.mathworks.com/content/dam/mathworks/mathworks-dot-com/support/sysreq/files/system-requirements-release-2024a-windows.pdf

While we now know supported OS situation, it does not change the situation you indeed cannot solve the problem on you own. You need the app provider to solve it and for sure MathWorks support is available for the app provided to do so.

Supported operating systems depend on MATLAB release. Still not clear which release you use. Current release to be found here. Previous releases linked top right on that page.

Oh, I just now see the other answer from you. So you are not a MATLAB user, but use the MCR, this make everything different again.
