The paramaters used to model the super capacitor don't map to information provided in a data sheet. This is similar to modelling battery dynamics, where you can't determine what they are by looking at a data sheet. Instead, you either need a detailed chemistry model, or to use lab data to fit the correct parameters. In this case, this example shows how to determine them.
