How can I disable the 'select a website' pop-up every time I open the MATLAB help documentation?

Recently, every time I open the help documentation while using MATLAB R2023b, a pop-up appears asking me to "select a website." I select my country (Simplified Chinese), and my browser automatically redirects to the Chinese MathWorks website, but the help documentation remains blank. If I choose any other country or region, the pop-up reappears immediately.
A few months ago, I didn’t encounter this issue with MATLAB. I tried uninstalling MATLAB R2023b and reinstalling R2024a, but the problem persists. I noticed that as far back as 2017, someone asked on the MathWorks community, “How to disable 'select your country' pop up on mathworks site?” However, this issue remains unresolved. Suggestions to fix it by setting browser cookies haven’t worked for me. My default Google Chrome settings already allow cookies, yet the "select a website" pop-up keeps appearing.
Lately, it seems many others have been experiencing this frustrating issue. Is there any effective way to disable this pop-up entirely?

I completely understand. I just enter the name of the function in the documentation search area in Firefox, or copy-paste it.
Start with the Documentation page, and go from there. Entering the function name (or at least the first few letters of it) should produce a drop-down menu. Right-click on the entry that describes the function you are looking for (many have the same name) to open its documentation entry.
