step関数やimpulse関数のタイトルやラベルを英語にする方法について

Control System Toolboxのstep関数やimpulse関数を用いてグラフを描画すると，デスクトップの言語が日本語の場合，タイトルやラベルが日本語になりますが，それらを英語にする方法はありますか．基本設定からデスクトップの言語を英語にするしか方法はないのでしょうか．他に方法があれば教えてください．
