how can i extract the function array as matlab expression in eeglab toolbox

hi every one, I'm preparing for a project of mind wave controller i recently use eeglab toolbox in matlab but i face some problems now using the toolbox i could average the data come from a certain channel in the toolbox i need to extract the array of the function outside this toolbox in order to apply mathematical manipulation and sending it through serial port for example

this is the average of channel 1 (21 epoch), i just need to extract the array of that function to be easy manipulated outside the tool box the axis of the graph is time and amplitude sorry for my English thanks
