Hi, Anybody please help me in solving this problem.. I am writing an array of binary data into a file. After writing each binaryvalue the file pointer is to point to the next line. How to do t his..???

What exactly does "next line" mean in a binary file?

You would have to put a newline() character in there, e.g., fprintf(fid,'\n'); The file pointer will then point to the next byte after that, i.e., ready to put the next data or whatever immediately after the newline.
