301 is network connectivity error. Either your wifi strength is too low or you haven't set up the connection properly in your code. Try moving closer to the access point or use a different network.

ok thanks..i had tried the other network even the hotspot from mobile phone also same, but it recover after that day,

As Christopher says, a 301 typically means your device does not have Internet connectivity.
