Reference Model Computed Interface Mismatch Even After Updating

"Computed interface information must match saved interface information for referenced model"
I am getting the above issue on every update of my model. The suggested fix is to update the reference model that is causing the problem and save. However, when I do this, it does not actually change anything and I still get the same error when updating hte top level model.
Can someone point me to a guide to dig into the models to figure out what is actually causing this issue, please? I am running in accelerator model and would like to understand what is causing this problem

This is an old Simulink-Bug that confuses so many teams. The suggested fix by our Mathworks consultant was to "move some blocks by a few pixels before saving the model". This solves the weird issue. Just opening and resaving the model without moving the blocks on the canvas will NOT help.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue where the "computed interface information must match saved interface information for referenced model" error persists, despite updating and saving the referenced model as suggested.
You can turn off ‘Signal Label Propagation’ for the problematic model to overcome the error, details of which can be found here: https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2020a/simulink/gui/propagate-all-signal-labels-out-of-the-model.html
I hope this suggestion provides help to resolve the error.
