How can I access help & toolboxes of MATLAB2024a when I'm offline?

I installed MATLAB2024a on my PC but I don't accsses to help and toolboxes when I'm offline. I did this: Preferences/Help/Install documentation, but I encountered to download error. please help me?

What kind of license do you have? Depending on whether you need to check out a toolbox, it might not be possible to start using it offline (requiring you to be online to do the checkout, after which you should be able to use it offline).
