I need to make a classification of EMG signals throgh features analysis.So that I need Standard featutres of EMG Signals.So that with the Standatd data ,i can compare the diseases Data

Have you recorded EMGs from affected subjects? If so, the best approach is to collect your own data from controls. That way, you can match the recording equipment, filtering, sampling rate, muscles and, as much as possible, electrode sites.
