This is a known issue which was resolved in MATLAB R2024a Update 3. Older updates of MATLAB R2024a are affected by the bug and you will encounter this error when trying to validate the local cluster whenever MATLAB R2024a is launched via "Login Named User" (LNU).
To resolve the error, update MATLAB R2024a to at least R2024a Update 3, or launch MATLAB without "Login Named User" (LNU).
