I want to take I-V characterstics of si MOSFET and sic MOSFET but i did not undestand the circuit diagram for it in simulink ?

I want to take I-V characterstics of si MOSFET and sic MOSFET but i did not undestand the circuit diagram for it in simulink so can any body help me for proper circuit connection for taking plot for MOSFET.

Please see some documentation from Tecktronix to do this:

You will need to have the correct lab equipment to do this.
