Specify boundary conditions for each node - Thermal problem

I want to specify boundary conditions for each node of a specific edge using the MATLAB PDE modeler toolbox. Essentially, I have the heat flux at each node of an edge (as an array) and I want to give this information as BC for another simulation.

Is it possible to do so. How?

Supply your array or matrix "Data" as an additional input to "mygfun" and "myqfun" and use interpolation to supply the values for g and q at the positions required by the PDE Toolbox.
