Vivado IP Packager" unsuccessful when using ZUC111

I am using ZUC111 to test the example 'Transmit and Receive Tone Using Xilinx RFSoC Device' https://www.mathworks.com/help/soc/ug/transmitandreceivetoneusingRFSoCdevicesimulate.html

When using Soc builder to build model, it failed.

The log shows as below:
