Can anyone tell the name of this simulink block

I can't tell what that block is from the tiny screen shot of it you sent, but just right click on the block and select help and it will tell you all about it.

The block you have drawn a red square around looks like a scope. This doesn't seem to be the block you initially asked about though. That one looks like it is probably from Simscape Electrical. I don't have that product, but you might look through the documentation for that to see if something looks similar. For me your screen shot doesn't have enough resolution to make out what it is.

If you have specific questions about the model in that YouTube Video, I would suggest asking the person who posted the video.
