Instructions Simulink Quadcopter Mini Drone

I am currently writing my Bachelorthesis on the topic of the Mini Drone Project in Simulink.

I do not always understand the logic behind the model.

Is there a written instruction or explanation for the model?

How did other people get to understand the entire model?
