I am assessing the agreement between 2 assessment tools for the same individuals over numerous days.
I am not sure if https://uk.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/45049-bland-altman-and-correlation-plot?s_tid=srchtitle_support_results_2_bland%20altman is the correct approach as this treats each measure of the 2 assessments as an individual case. Is some able to explain if this is OK?
Thanks in advance

Your questions is a statistics question, not a Matlab question.
But no, this is not appropriate, since the presumtion underlying a Bland-Altman analysis is that all measurement pairs are independent. If the same indivual is measured, you need to explain why you think your situation still satisfies the requirement.
