For the first part of the question, my standart deviation is only appearing on the positive side, because the standart deviation is mirrored can i assume that the values represent the positive and negative but appear as one?
For the seconde part of the question, my files present this name 'GRD-3_2002094-2002120_GRAC_JPLEM_BA01_0600_LND_v04', a wanna name them after this set part of the filename '2002094-2002120' how can i do it?

If you have two unrelated questions, it is better to ask them in different posts.
Also, I don't understand what you mean by "appearing on the positive side". Are you talking about a graph? The calculated standard deviation is always positive.
