how concatenate arraycell in this strange way

d = {3 6}
it's possibile to do it?
{1 3} {4 6}

What exactly is supposed to be the output you want?
The above mentioned expression is not clear -
{1 3} {4 6}
Invalid expression. When calling a function or indexing a variable, use parentheses. Otherwise, check for mismatched delimiters.

c = {1 4};
d = {3 6};
num2cell( [cell2mat([c;d]')],2)'
ans = 1×2 cell array
{[1 3]} {[4 6]}
