Polar plot of radiation efficiency

I have a set of radiation efficiency data I take manually, and I want to carry out a polar plot of the set of data, having in mind I don’t know the angle direction, but I have the simulated result. How do I rotate the measured value to align with the simulated.

Thanks Mathieu for your answer, i was able to solve the problem, i actually was using the wrong data in ploting, that was why i was having the issue
