Matlab online not working in chrome

Hello!

I have been using MATLAB online in Google Chrome for the better part of last two years, but suddenly from the last two weeks I am unable to use it. Whenever I login to matlab, the website loads till the page where we select the option to open matlab online.

Once we select the option to open matlab online it loads for a long time and then gives an error saying, "The MATLAB session you are trying to coonect is not responding. Requested service is not found."

I have tried to clear browser cache, change password, even the last choice mentioned in this answer: https://in.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/1704295-matlab-online-error-does-not-start-on-different-browsers , but in vain.

Moreover, I can use matlab in my the safari browser.

I hope someone is able to help me.
