Error in sharing code in File Exchange through Github

2 views (last 30 days)
Hello,
I am currently facing an issue while attempting to upload my standalone app on Matab File Exchange, which was developed using App Designer, through GitHub. I have successfully published a release on GitHub, and it has been recognized by the file exchange website. However, upon doing so, I encountered the following error message:
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Reference #3.5c49c717.1691160381.308513d
I am reaching out to inquire if anyone else has encountered a similar issue and, if so, whether they have found a solution to resolve it.
Your insights and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that you are having trouble while attempting to upload files on MATLAB File Exchange through GitHub. While trying to upload the files you get an error referring to server internal error or misconfiguration.
Please know that this was a known issue to the team and recently there have been infrastructural changes to resolve this error. You can try uploading the files again, if the error persists try creating a new github release, ie ‘1.1.0’
Hope this helps!
