'plotwavelet2' not found

Hi there,
I'm trying to use MATLAB's Wavelet Toolbox. In particular, I'd like to use the function plotwavelet2() but I get the error message "Unrecognized function or variable 'plotwavelet2'" every time I try to use it.
I have already installed the Wavelet Toolbox and the Image Processing Toolbox. At least when I go to HOME -> Add-Ons -> Manage Add-Ons I see them listed there under "Installed". Not sure if I need to do anything else to enable them or not, but haven't seen anything that suggests otherwise.
However, when I do "which -all plotwavelet2" it says "'plotwavelet2' not found." which means the function isn't in my path. I tried reseting my path stuff (as suggested by one post) by doing:
>> restoredefaultpath
>> rehash toolboxcache
>> savepath
To no avail. I even restarted my computer and MATLAB, but it still gives me the error and the "which" command still doesn't find the command.
So what am I missing? How do I use this function? Thanks in advance!

plotwavelet2 is not a function created by MathWorks. Perhaps you are referring to this submission on the File Exchange?
