Wow, thank you for fixing this issue for me as well @Juan David España Rodríguez - great timing! Must be a problem with virus definitions that were released recently.

The reason behind this issue seems to be the absence of your libmwpf_matlab_impl.dll file.
You can follow the following steps to fix this issue before escalating it to technical support:
- Check whether the libmwpf_matlab_impl.dll file is in the directory specified above, i.e. C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023a\bin\win64\matlab_startup_plugins\foundation\platform\pf_matlab_impl
- If the file is not found, then you can try reinstalling MATLAB and the problem should be solved.

@Michael Lopez that could indeed be the case, try reinstalling MATLAB, maybe that would work.

I had the same problem.
You can resolve it by going to Windows Security, then Antivirus Protection and clic on the Protection History. Inside you will find some threats, you just have to restore this file: C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023a\bin\win64\ddux.dll
