My Matlab R2019b keeps displaying bigger arrays like these. As the number of elements in rows and columns increase, the element display gets messy, how do I fix this? Checkout the picture I have attached to see what am taking about.

Nope.
colsize = 14;
rowsize = 14;
Table = (1:colsize).*(1:rowsize).'

"how do I fix this?"
Use a monospaced font: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/194900-what-font-do-you-code-in

You need to set the desktop text font to be a monospaced font. Go to:
Settings/Fonts
I tend to use something simple like Monaco.
