What should be the initial value of the inductor and capacitor with an input range of 0.02-0.16V

For a two MOS switch two diodes buck-boost converter with an input of 0.02V, resistor load of 2,142,857.143 Ω, inductance of 1 micro henry and capacitance of 1 micro farad; what would be the inductor initial current and capacitor initial voltage?
