How to Create Routh Table of a 5th Degree System with 4 Uncertain Parameters?

I am trying to examine a 5th degree polynomial's stability. For this purpose, I have decided to use Routh-Hurwitz stability criterion. But, I am having difficulties with creating Routh Table for 4 uncertain parameters. I could not find anything but single K parameter versions on the web. How can I build a 5th degree system's Routh Table with 4 uncertain parameters on Matlab?
