What are the different steps/layers of Matlab while running it?

Hello, I have to make a diagram with the different layers of matlab while running and debugging, but I can not find all the steps on the web. If anyone could advice me.
I want something like this: User->GUI->GUIDE->Matlab Scripts->Matlab(what should be here?)->kernel->hardware
