I am unable to reproduce this issue. Could you share more information: Which version of MATLAB are you using? And, which operating system are you using?

This error message occurs in MATLAB when trying to access a property name in a structure that does not have that field. It means that the hardware board you have selected might not be there supported in that MATLAB version.

The following workarounds might help resolve the issue:

• There might be an issue with the configuration files for the FPGA devices, or tere might be some currupted files. The most effective solution is to reinstall MATLAB and the Toolbox.
