I have a chlorophyll-a dataset as 1345*649*216 double data. I want to interpolete that data using data interpolation empirical orthogonal function method (DINOF). Anyone can help me.

Dear Sakuni,
You may refer to these external MATLAB wrapper functions by Deltares to effectively handle and interpolate your Chlorophyll-a dataset using the "dineof" method: https://svn.oss.deltares.nl/repos/openearthtools/trunk/matlab/applications/+dineof/
You may refer to the “Contents.m” file for further instructions on formatting your data to interpolate it using the "dineof" method.
Hope this helps!
