Is it possible to set all species units at the same time?

Is there a way on simbiology Model Builder to set the unit of all species at the same time? For example, something like an option: Set all Species units to micromole. ?

You can use your Ctrl/Cmd-A in the diagram to select everything in your model. Then, you can go to the Property Editor on the right and choose "species" under "Edit properties for", and then change the units- this change will then apply to all the selected species. In general, you can multi-select model components in the table or diagram and modify them all through the Property Editor.
